7. Results Disclaimer

While Elite SEO Web employs industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 Google rankings) due to the ever-changing nature of search engine algorithms and external factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elite SEO Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client will be invoiced for any outstanding work.
  • Access to deliverables or client dashboards may be revoked.
  • Elite SEO Web is not responsible for the performance of SEO strategies after termination.

10. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush). We are not responsible for the terms, services, or reliability of these third parties. Clients must comply with any applicable third-party terms of use.

11. Changes to Terms

Elite SEO Web reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
