1. Service Cancellation

You may request to cancel your services with Elite SEO Web at any time by providing written notice via email to [Insert Email Address].

Cancellation Terms:

• Monthly SEO Plans: You may cancel your plan with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle. If notice is received after that, cancellation will take effect the following month.

• Custom Contracts or Projects: Cancellations for custom agreements must follow the specific terms outlined in the signed contract. If no specific clause exists, a 30-day written notice is required.

• Setup/One-Time Services: These services are non-cancellable once work has commenced.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of SEO and digital marketing services — which involve significant time, planning, and resource allocation — we have a strict no-refund policy for work that has already been initiated or completed.

Refund Guidelines:

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • Monthly services after work has begun or content/reports have been delivered

  • One-time setup or technical SEO services after kickoff

  • Time-based packages where hours have already been used or allocated

• Prepaid Services: Any unused portion of prepaid services may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review and at the sole discretion of Elite SEO Web.

3. Performance Guarantee Disclaimer

While we are committed to delivering the best possible SEO strategies and services, we do not guarantee specific rankings or outcomes, as SEO performance depends on many factors beyond our control (e.g., Google algorithm updates, competition, market conditions).

Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with SEO results unless explicitly guaranteed in a signed service agreement.

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe there has been an error in billing or if you have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly at clients@eliteseoweb.com before initiating a chargeback. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve any disputes professionally.

5. Termination by Elite SEO Web

We reserve the right to terminate a client agreement at our discretion if:

• Payment is not received within agreed-upon terms

• The client is unresponsive or uncooperative over a prolonged period

• The project violates our ethical or professional standards

In such cases, a final invoice for completed work will be issued, and no further services will be provided.
